At our company, we adopt a mission-grade system, where compensation is determined based on the significance of the roles (missions) you undertake and the results you achieve, regardless of age or tenure. The grade at the time of joining will be decided through the selection process, and subsequent grades will generally be determined through evaluations conducted twice a year.

  • Performance Review: Conducted semi-annually

  • Regular 1-on-1 Meetings: Held periodically with the CEO or CTO
