We are committed to digital transformation and long-term growth in wealth and distribution, and we’re investing in the tools, talent, and technology to make it happen. This position offers the opportunity to join a firm actively modernizing its data and technology capabilities to support strategic growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Partner across business units to define goals and data needs aligned with client outcomes.
  • Translate use cases into product definitions, including sources, field-level specs, and transformation logic.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards, governance, and lineage requirements.
  • Lead the backlog in Azure DevOps, writing epics and user stories with technical clarity.
  • Coordinate internal and external data sourcing into Snowflake, supporting scalable integration.
  • Serve as the main liaison across engineering, product, platform, and commercial teams.
  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders in partnership with program leads.
  • Drive data quality and embed monitoring to ensure reliability across client-facing datasets.
  • Present solutions that boost visibility, reporting, and digital engagement for investors.
  • And other responsibilities are required.
What You Bring:
  • Ability to translate data features into outcomes that drive client engagement and business growth.

  • Expertise in client data, entity mastering, and reference data frameworks.
  • Familiarity with MDM, data governance, data modeling, and entity resolution.
  • Skill in writing clear data definitions, acceptance criteria, and technical user stories.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Shown success leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-grade data products.
