For Those Who Work At Home, OhioJob SummaryThe Onboarding Transformation Project Manager leads strategic initiatives to enhance the client and employee experience within COS Onboarding. This role is responsible for managing both short- and long-term process improvement projects, from discovery through deployment and operationalization. The Project Manager drives change across process, technology, and people, using client and employee feedback to identify opportunities and measure success through defined metrics.
Essential Functions- Own and manage assigned process improvement initiatives, including project plans, presentations, and success metrics (e.g., time savings, cost reduction, client satisfaction).
- Lead stakeholder meetings to define pain points, target outcomes, and success indicators.
- Analyze workflows and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and assess unknown variables.
- Facilitate ideation and design of future-state processes, documenting changes, dependencies, and risks.
- Design and execute pilot/MVP processes to evaluate business impact and refine solutions.
- Partner with COS operational units and support teams to launch process changes.
- Develop metrics, materials, and presentations to support decision-making and build consensus.
- Conduct research to support initiative development and execution.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure collaboration and engagement.
- Adhere to all risk policies and procedures.
Minimum 5 years project management, process improvement, or relevant industry experience
Certifications & LicensesPreferred:
- • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- • Lean Six Sigma or Agile Methodology experience
- Credit Risk Expertise – Understanding of credit, operational, and compliance risk
- Data Analysis – Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and data visualization
- Strategic Thinking – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective Communication – Clear and concise in presentations and reporting
- Project Management – Experience managing risk-related initiatives
- Collaboration – Builds strong relationships across teams
- Regulatory Awareness – Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
- Tech Proficiency – Skilled in SharePoint, Salesforce, and nCino
- Adaptability – Quick learner with curiosity and flexibility
- Detail-Oriented – High accuracy, quality, and execution speed
- Physical Demands: General office environment. Includes prolonged sitting, frequent use of a PC/laptop, and the ability to communicate face-to-face or via phone with teammates and clients. Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of backpacks or computer bags up to 10 lbs.
- Travel/Driving Requirements: May need to drive or travel to corporate office locations for leadership meetings.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
