We are looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented team member to WOW our customers. Your primary role would be to help our customer set up their TempAlert solutions and educate them on how best to leverage our products.

 

One of TempAlert’s best aspects is the ease-of-use and deployment. Even with these benefits, there are best practices to follow to maximize our customer’s investment. You would also assist in configuration and careful monitoring and iterations for each of their new environments to assure optimal performance. There would be a large synergy between you and our data analytics team to provide valuable sensor driven information that will help our customer make informed decisions.

 

To excel in this environment, you will need to a primary combination of two things: love working with customers and enjoy working with data and turning it into information. Many of our customers are industry leaders and have high expectations of our solutions. Your role would be to provide an exceptional level of insight and support.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL…

  • Learn about our products hardware, software and firmware
  • Become engaged with our new customers and how our onboarding works
  • Understanding best practices of leveraging our products based on customer industry
  • Create customer-facing reports summarizing your analytics 

WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL...

  • Work with proof of concepts and assist with their evaluation
  • Become a subject matter expert on TempAlerts product suite
  • Create more effective reporting, enabling us to be more proactive on our customer accounts to find ways to optimize their environment
  • Work with development and QA staff to implement solutions and test defect corrections and enhancements for existing and proposed software solutions.

WITHIN 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL…

  • Be instrumental in building upon a world-class customer onboarding experience
  • Assist with the development of customer-focused documentation for software solutions
  • Be experienced in Agile methodology and tools such as Jira
