We are looking for a dynamic Onboarding Enablement Specialist to own the "First 90 Days" experience for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and refining a world-class onboarding program that equips new hires across Sales, Solutions Engineering (SE), Customer Success (CS), and Sales Development (SDR) with the product knowledge, market context, and sales skills they need to succeed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Facilitate our monthly/bi-weekly new hire onboarding sessions (virtual) and quarterly in-person workshops.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (Product, Marketing, RevOps) to deliver specialized sessions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period.
- Customize learning paths for distinct roles. You understand that an SDR needs heavy prospecting training, an AE needs deal cycle management, a CSM needs retention strategies, and an SE needs deep technical product competency.
- Translate complex IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM) into digestible, value-based messaging for non-technical sellers.
- Build and maintain high-quality training assets: slide decks, one-pagers, and e-learning modules.
- Manage the onboarding content within our LMS (Litmos) and sales enablement platform (Highspot).
- Introduce new hire certification and facilitate demo assessments and discovery role-plays.
- Provide actionable feedback to new hires and their hiring managers regarding ramp progress.
- Track key metrics (Time-to-First-Meeting, Time-to-First-Deal, Certification Pass Rates) to measure program effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from new hires and sales leadership to iterate on the curriculum constantly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Orchestrate the Onboarding Bootcamp
2. Role-Specific Curriculum Design
3. Content Creation & Management
4. Certification & Assessment
5. Continuous Improvement
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: 3+ years in Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or highly technical B2B SaaS. You are comfortable discussing technical concepts like APIs, directories, and authentication protocols.
- Facilitation Mastery: You are an engaging presenter who can command a room (or a Zoom call) and keep energy high.
- Program Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cohorts of new hires simultaneously.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Engagement Tools, Call Intelligence (Gong), and LMS platforms.
- Empathy: You remember what it’s like to be the "new person" and are passionate about making that transition smooth.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced startup/growth environment where the product changes rapidly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You can speak the language of Sales, Engineering, and Marketing equally well.
The "Soft Skills" That Matter
If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
