  • Own key components of periodic forecasting cycles and the annual budget/planning process for assigned functions/regions.

  • Build and enhance financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and enable scenario analyses.

  • Support resource planning and expense management discussions by translating business assumptions into financial impacts and actionable recommendations.

  • Drive efficient monthly forecasting of function expenses by incorporating AI and other automation.

Special Projects as needed

  • Provide support and analysis for all special projects as needed, including efficiency initiatives, restructuring initiatives, process improvements, management of project codes etc.

  • Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A team; may mentor or provide day-to-day guidance to junior analysts on deliverables and methods.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

  • Advanced experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep and/or other BI Tools, data visualization etc..

  • 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a multi-national professional services environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Experience with enterprise financial systems and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, SmartView, Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning) strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI and automation for finance and a willingness to apply/scale automation to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of ownership.

  • Proven experience leading analytics or automation projects end-to-end.

  • Strong experience with budgeting and forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost allocations; ability to explain drivers and implications to non-finance partners.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong initiative to learn, grow, and expand responsibilities; proactive problem-solver who can work independently and escalate appropriately.

  • Track record of creating operational efficiencies through report automation, financial modeling, and improved forecasting/planning processes.
