As Revecore’s Offshore Specialist, you will:

Support Revecore’s remote workforce by ensuring smooth onboarding processes, user setup, and ongoing system administration. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.

The Offshore Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR and operational functions, including setting up new users in ADP, creating onboarding and offboarding support tickets, and maintaining dashboards in Monday.com to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and workflow visibility.

 

Your Day:

  • ADP Administration
    • Create and manage new user accounts in ADP.
    • Maintain employee data integrity and accuracy.
    • Support the Operations and HR teams by ensuring timely updates for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Monday.com Management
    • Build, maintain, and update dashboards to reflect operational and HR-related workflows.
    • Customize views, automation, and integrations to meet team needs.
    • Generate reports and track performance metrics to support business operations.
  • Operational Support
    • Create and manage onboarding and offboarding support tickets for user setup and system access.
    • Assist in standardizing processes for remote and offshore teams.
    • Provide troubleshooting and user support for system access issues.
    • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and IT to streamline workflows.
  • Other duties as assigned

You’ll be successful if you have: 

  • Prior experience in Data Entry, Human Resources, or similar field
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience supporting offshore or distributed teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Work at Home Requirements: 

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. 
  • A secure internet connection is required. 
  • Home internet with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads. 
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
