The Opportunity...
We need a Rockstar Office Manager to lead our Boston Office! We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic professional who loves to wear multiple hats. The Office Manager will handle all day-to-day office logistics and serve as the point person for employees/vendors and local employee engagement events.
How You'll Contribute...
Will be the office receptionist to all visitors and vendors
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance repairs, coordinating with janitorial service, shipping packages, ordering supplies and equipment, running errands, and ordering food/snacks
Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, etc.)
Maintain the office condition/layout
Manage various office projects/duties as assigned
Assist with new hire SWAG coordination
Assist in content creation and maintain and grow social media channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn (must be comfortable to be on camera and self-record)
Work closely with the Culture Team to plan in-house or off-site events such as happy hours, celebrations, volunteer events, and employee appreciation gifting
Create and track office/events expense budgets
What We're Looking For...
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of experience as an Office Manager
Knowledge of general office responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Office facility organizational skills
Bonus Points...
Administrative Assistant experience
Event planning/coordination experience
