Boston Office Manager & Executive AssistantAccordion has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our growing Boston office. We’re looking for someone who can not only balance the dual responsibilities of both office management and executive assistance on a day-to-day basis, but also have the willingness and can-do attitude to help with ad hoc projects as they arise.
This role will be based in our Boston office and will be required to be in the office 5 days per week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What You’ll DoExecutive Assistant Responsibilities (65%)
- Support several senior leaders (anywhere from 2 to 4) in a true Executive Assistant capacity
- Balance multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and exhibit adaptability and resiliency in our fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for several senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international), including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
Office Management Responsibilities (35%)
- Be the face and voice of the Boston office on a daily basis, being a welcoming presence in the office 5 days per week
- Greet, welcome, and assist visitors with a professional demeanor and continue this professionalism throughout communications between Accordion employees, building staff, and external vendors
- Continue to grow our office culture and plan social and service events that increase our employee engagement efforts at all levels
- Act as a liaison with building management and all external vendors
- Oversee the upkeep of Boston office space and ensure appropriate office inventory levels
- Act as a key partner to our leaders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- High school diploma and/or bachelor’s degree
- Executive Assistant and Office Manager experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Stellar attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills while balancing multiple tasks
- Personable and approachable, bringing a positive and welcoming presence to the Boston office
- Resilient and adaptable team player; you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and pitch in wherever needed
- Superb problem-solver who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service to all employees
- Adaptable and resilient; you take initiative, and you can juggle multiple tasks like a pro in our fast-paced, high-growth environment
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + benefits + bonus (overtime eligible)
Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
