Are you an enthusiastic, detail-loving powerhouse who thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment? Our vibrant Boston team—around 25 amazing individuals and growing—is looking for an energetic Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to help us stay organized, connected, and running like clockwork!

Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, this role is the heart of our office, keeping things humming behind the scenes while supporting our leadership team with finesse. If you love being the go-to person, enjoy making an office feel like home, and find joy in connecting the dots across teams, this is your moment.

Your Challenge as Office Manager

  • Be the go-to guardian of our Boston space—liaising with building management and vendors, managing supplies, and overseeing access logistics.
  • Keep our workspace sparkling, safe, and seamless.
  • Take a leading role on our Health & Safety committee, acting as a fire warden and maintaining high-quality safety procedures.
  • Be the heart and soul of our office, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience every day.
  • Collaborate with global office and employer branding teams to bring events to life and build team spirit.
  • Welcome new hires with flair! You’ll manage the onboarding essentials, setting them up with equipment and resources for a smooth start.

Your Challenge as Administrative Assistant

  • Support the Senior Executive Assistant and our leadership team with calendar magic, expense wizardry, and travel coordination.
  • Book flights, hotels, and everything in between, whether it's solo trips or big team events, using our online travel platform.
  • Keep travel tools in check, assist users, and liaise with our providers for smooth operations.
  • Be the trusted support for our Boston-based team—and step in to help other senior leaders as needed.
