A key member of our HR/Talent Team, the Office Experience Associate will be an ambassador of WHOOP to visitors, guests, candidates, and employees alike. Your main responsibilities will include supporting our office space, and administrative tasks to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
This role is based onsite out of our office in Boston, MA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable office environment
- Provide general support to visitors and reception staff as needed
- Partner with vendors to coordinate orders and deliveries
- Facilitate and manage facility work order requests from employees and building staff
- Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures
- Ensure the office is operating smoothly on a day-to-day basis
- Take initiative and be proactive in daily responsibilities and tasks
- This role requires 50% administrative/ 50% movement throughout the facility
- Assist with planning company-wide events, including team off-sites and catering
- Support our travel team with company-wide travel logistics
- Additional ad hoc project requests from IT and the People Team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ year experience in an administrative or customer-facing position required
- Preference for experience to include an office management or facilities management role
- Available to work outside of core business hours when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up abilities
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a willingness to always go above and beyond
- Passion for fitness, health & technology
- Fully in-person position out of our Boston HQ
