About Ratio Therapeutics

Ratio Therapeutics is committed to improving and extending the lives of cancer patients without sacrificing their quality of life. We are a team of passionate scientists, engineers, and business professionals dedicated to advancing the field of targeted radioligand therapy.  To accomplish this, we utilize our proprietary TRILLIUM™ and MACROPA™ platforms:  TRILLIUM™ allows fine-tuning of radioligand pharmacokinetics thereby enhancing the therapeutic index, while MACROPA™ simplifies the manufacturing process for the alpha-emitting isotope, actinium-225. These enabling platform technologies have resulted in an emergent pipeline of novel therapeutic candidates. We are looking for talented, dedicated, and creative individuals eager to help us advance these technologies from discovery research through clinical development. Join us in our quest to become the leading innovator in radioligand therapy and improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.

About the Position

Ratio Therapeutics is seeking an Office Coordinator to join a growing team of business professionals who support scientists in their targeted radiotherapy efforts. Under the guidance of the operations team, the Office Coordinator will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently by taking ownership of the day-to-day logistics of a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.  The ideal candidate brings an optimistic, proactive mindset, enjoys being the person others can count on, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced business professionals and become an integral part of a dynamic, expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, creating a warm, professional, and organized front-office experience. Act as a friendly liaison between internal teams, candidates, guests, and external partners.
  • Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day by ensuring shared spaces are tidy, functional, and well stocked.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls, manage scheduling needs across the company, and support the team in maintaining an efficient, well-organized calendar.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships, including ordering materials, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with service providers and contractors to keep operations uninterrupted.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and supporting shipping needs for the team.
  • Provide administrative support to employees and executives, including scheduling assistance, travel coordination, and helping with small projects that keep the business running smoothly.
  • Help bring company culture to life by assisting with planning employee events, celebrations, and office gatherings, as well as supporting internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Facilities, Finance, and HR on routine tasks and special projects, gaining exposure to multiple parts of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, clients, vendors and customers.
  • Highly organized, with strong planning and time-management skills, to ensure that tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively.

The annual base salary for this role is expected to range between $55,000.00 and $60,000.00. This range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, work experience, skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
