Job Overview:

The Madison Office Clerk will work approximately 10-12 hours weekly, Monday - Thursday. 


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Daily:
    • Make Coffee each morning
    • Loading and unloading of dishwasher
    • Kitchen management: wiping down counters and equipment
    • Inventory management: stocking  drinks and snacks.
    • Monitor expiration dates


  • Weekly:
    • Inventory Management/stocking levels for drinks and snacks
    • Clean Coffee pot
    • Empty/clean refrigerator; throw away old food
    • Prepare kitchen for catering/promptly clean up and refrigerate leftovers 
    • Check all offices and meeting spaces to notice any maintenance or cleaning issues.
    • Pick up or track down office orders when misrouted in building


  • As Needed:
    • Support events in the Madison Office.  Decorate the office for planned holiday events
    • Organize storage room
