Position Overview
The Office Assistant will provide vital support for office management, including data entry, scheduling, and document organization. The role ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, email management, and handling phone calls.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings and appointments for teams and leadership.
- Resource Management: Order supplies and coordinate inventory when needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of office administration experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21+ per hour (depending on experience).
