Our growing team is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly and support our growing team during a temporary assignment from April through August 2026. This hands-on role, based at HyperLight’s headquarters in Cambridge MA, is ideal for someone in their early career who enjoys solving a variety of problems, and making sure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly. You’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations, coordinating logistics, and helping create a positive workplace experience for the team. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with vendors, invoices, and administrative systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability and desire to learn quickly
