In this role, the position is responsible for controlling, monitoring and analyzing administration, budgeting, payments and cost tomaturity throughout the nursery, land preparation and immature stages.

The Nursery and Replanting Specialist will oversee all administrative and financial processes related to the CTP Replanting project. In this role, the position is responsible for controlling, monitoring and analyzing administration, budgeting, payments and cost tomaturity throughout the nursery, land preparation and immature stages.
Key Accountabilities
- Control all administrative and financial activities for CTP Replanting Phase.
- Control and monitor actual replanting and nursery costs against the approved budget.
- Prepare the annual Replanting and Nursery Budget, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide monthly and quarterly progress reports on Replanting and Nursery activities. Closely monitor performance metrics using available technology and tools to ensure quality service and timely actions.
- Control and monitor payment progress and evaluate the quality of contractor work for Replanting and Nursery.
- Analyze replanting and nursery costs, providing insights and solutions for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project areas such as administration, cost control, payment processes, and accounting.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience.
- Experience in Nursery & Replanting Management control is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferable have 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Preferable have experience in palm plantation oil company.
- Experience in data and financial analysis.
- Experience working with administration processes and sub processes that involve inputs.
- Administrative project experience
