About the Opportunity
- Provide critical support to the NU RES contracting team by ensuring department submittals are complete and all requisite information is received
- Facilitate timely and compliant processing of research-related agreements received for NU review and signature
- Work closely with departmental, PI and compliance contacts to resolve questions and concerns and provides friendly and helpful support to all.
- Increase the quality and completeness of records while reducing turnaround and execution timelines
- Ensure records assigned to contracting officers/administrators are accurate and contain all pertinent information for review.
- Perform agreement review and negotiation tasks to further reduce turnaround time and the volume of agreements in the team's queue
