Masis Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for detail-driven team players to join our client’s Quality Control department in the food manufacturing industry. If you have a sharp eye, a steady hand, and a passion for making sure every product meets the highest standards, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:Perform hands-on quality tests using tools like pH meters, thermometers, viscometers, and moisture analyzers
Verify product accuracy using Metal Detectors, CheckWeigher Systems, and Vacuum Leak Detection
Follow GMP, PPE, and safety/sanitation protocols every step of the way
Accurately complete all QA documentation and reports
Taste products (may contain allergens) to confirm quality standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to keep production flawless
Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
Previous QA, food inspection, or auditing experience is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail — able to spot even the smallest defects
Basic math skills and the ability to read product specs
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing during your shift
Good computer skills and familiarity with QA processes
Clear communication skills in English
