Role Overview
Questar Auto Technologies is expanding rapidly across North America, and we’re looking for a highimpact sales professional to drive adoption of our fullstack automotive technology platform. This role blends direct enterprise sales with strategic channel support, ensuring our reseller partners are equipped, enabled, and motivated to grow with us.
You will own a regional revenue target, manage the full sales cycle with fleets, dealerships, and service providers, and act as a trusted advisor to our reseller network. Success in this role requires strong technical curiosity, relationshipbuilding skills, and the ability to translate operational challenges into clear value propositions.
This is a remote position (North America)
preference given to MST & EST time zones 
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to grow adoption of Questar’s platform across fleets, dealerships, and commercial automotive operators.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Questar’s product suite—including telematics, workflow automation, warranty solutions, and analytics—to articulate value to multiple buyer personas.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM best practices, forecasting accurately and consistently.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and longterm account growth.

Reseller Channel Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned reseller partners across North America.
  • Provide sales enablement: product training, pitch support, coselling, and deal strategy guidance.
  • Develop partnerspecific growth plans, including joint marketing, leadsharing, and performance reviews.
  • Support partners during customer demos, RFP responses, and technical scoping sessions.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Questar’s standards across partnerled sales activities.
Market & Product Insight
  • Gather competitive intelligence and share insights with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Identify emerging customer needs and advocate for enhancements to the platform.
  • Represent Questar at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive technology, SaaS, telematics, fleet management, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with fleet operations, heavy-duty/commercial vehicles, and the operational needs of fleet managers, dealerships, or service providers.
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle with midmarket and enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with reseller or channel partners is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology for nontechnical buyers.
  • Comfortable presenting to executives, operators, and technical teams.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).
  • Ability to travel across North America as needed (25–40%).
