JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Remote New Business Development Representative to drive attendance to fill scheduled events with owners that not only have a need for our services but have the ability to invest in our Re-engineering program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S.

  • Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars.

  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments.

  • Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems

  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software.

  • Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.

  • Follow up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national team’s post-event outreach.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of automotive experience

  • Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style.

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable with CRM tools, remote communication platforms, and tracking KPIs.

  • Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions.

Compensation Range:

$18.80 - $33.60

Compensation Frequency:

Hourly

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
