Primary Objectives:
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce, utilizing APIs, middleware, and appropriate integration tools.
- Serve as technical lead in solution architecture, integration strategy, and best practice standards for both platforms.
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify integration opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve data visibility and accuracy.
- Provide hands-on leadership in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless data synchronization.
- Ensure all integration solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration technologies, recommending enhancements as needed.
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
- Proven expertise in integrating NetSuite and Salesforce with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Workato).
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and workflow automation principles.
- Solid background in solution and integration architecture, with experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
