BPM/Caravel is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Architect who understands NSAW end-to-end: NetSuite source data, integration pipelines, Autonomous Data Warehouse, semantic modeling, and Oracle Analytics Cloud delivery.
This is not a “dashboard builder” role. This is a full-stack analytics architecture position responsible for turning raw ERP and third-party data into a reconciled, governed, high-performance analytics platform.
You will own the NSAW solution lifecycle: discovery, data architecture, integration design, SQL transformations, reconciliation frameworks, and executive-level analytics delivery.
If someone asks, “Why doesn’t this number match NetSuite?” you are the person who traces it across NetSuite → iPaaS → ADW → NSAW semantic model → OAC visualization and fixes it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
NSAW Architecture & Solution Ownership
Architect complete NSAW implementations including Source system analysis (NetSuite + external systems), ADW data structures and transformation layers, NSAW semantic models and subject areas, OAC dashboards and KPIs
Define NSAW best practices for Data modeling standards, Environment setup, Security and subject area design, Performance, and scalability
Business Discovery & Rules Engineering
Lead discovery sessions to translate business questions into: KPIs, financial logic, allocation rules, hierarchies, and grain definitions
Build working SQL prototypes to validate logic before dashboards are developed.
Data Engineering, ADW & Advanced SQL
Design and implement transformation logic in Oracle ADW.
Write, optimize, and review complex Oracle SQL involving multi-table financial joins, time-series logic, hierarchical modeling, reconciliation datasets, snapshotting and historical logic
Architect structures that support trial balance reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, operational analytics, drill-through from summary to transaction level
Integration & Pipeline Design
Partner with integration teams using: Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Celigo or similar iPaaS tools
Define: source-to-target mappings, data contracts, refresh strategies, dependency flows
Understand and document how transformations in middleware impact downstream analytics.
Lead root-cause analysis when data issues occur across: NetSuite, integration tools, ADW, NSAW semantic layer
Analytics Delivery & Enablement
Design executive-ready dashboards in Oracle Analytics Cloud aligned to NSAW models.
Enforce visualization and modeling best practices.
Develop enablement assets like technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, admin handover guides, internal training and client training material
KEY DELIVERABLES YOU WILL OWN
NSAW solution architecture documents
Source-to-target mappings
Business rules and KPI catalog
Reconciliation and validation frameworks
ADW transformation logic and views
NSAW subject area designs
Technical handover and operational guides
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
NSAW balances to NetSuite without debate.
Business logic is documented, versioned, and scalable.
Integrations are predictable, traceable, and debuggable.
Clients trust the platform.
Internal teams can extend your work without breaking it.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
NSAW is not just another reporting product. It has become the financial and operational intelligence backbone of our customers. This role defines whether that backbone is fragile or bulletproof.
Requirements:
- Proven NSAW implementation experience.
- Deep Oracle SQL expertise, including analytical functions, performance tuning, financial transformation logic
- Strong Oracle ADW knowledge including schema design, transformation layering, optimization
- Strong understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and semantic modeling.
- ERP Fluency: Deep understanding of NetSuite data structures (e.g., Transactions vs. Transaction Lines) and core financial cycles (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi or Oracle OIC.
- Client-facing consulting capability to lead workshops, challenge requirements, explain complex data issues simply
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics Connect, REST APIs, or custom NetSuite extracts
- Experience integrating non-NetSuite systems into NSAW
- Background in financial analytics, EPM, or data warehousing projects
- Experience building reconciliation and audit frameworks
