Job Description

Experience in the following areas is required:
• Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010 (ASP.Net, VB.Net, Web Services, Java Script, AJAX and CSS)
• .Net Framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0
• Visual SourceSafe 8.0
• Visual Studio Team Foundation 2012
• SQL Server 2005 and 2008 developer level understanding
• SQL Server Management Studio 2005 and 2008
• SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 and 2008
• Silverlight 4
• JQuery
• LINQ
• Application Modeling
• Proficient in Database concepts and Data modeling
• Highly self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
• Capability to perform analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and support of complex applications and processes.
• Assist in preparing effort and duration estimates associated with systemic enhancements.
• Meet standards associated with specification development, coding, code review, unit and integration testing, and related documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the following areas would be a Plus:
• Prior experience migrating from classic asp to asp.net
• Silverlight 5
• ArcGIS SDK for Silverlight 4
• XML Processing
• SMTP Interfaces
• Understanding of Networking
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - Web Development)
• Application Optimization
• Application Integration
Education Requirements:
BA/BS in CS, MIS or equivalent experience
