This role blends storytelling, social media, writing, visual content creation and video to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand and connects with audiences.

The ideal candidate is a versatile creator who thinks beyond a single format. They can identify the story, develop the concept and bring it to life through the medium that will make the greatest impact — whether that is a social post, graphic or carousel, short-form video, infographic, written story, customer content or integrated digital campaign asset.

This individual will have a strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture and audience behavior, with the creative judgment to translate complex B2B technology topics into content that feels relevant, accessible and engaging. They will bring a fresh perspective to both established and emerging content formats, finding new and unexpected ways to tell stories, evolve how we show up across digital channels and help Rimini Street stand out in a crowded and constantly evolving market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop original, social-first content concepts that bring the Rimini Street brand, people, customers and thought leadership to life across digital channels
  • Create compelling stories across multiple formats, including social posts, graphics, carousels, short-form video, infographics, written content, customer stories and campaign assets
  • Own the creative process from idea through execution, including concept development, copywriting, visual storytelling, basic design, scripting, video creation and editing

  • Write engaging, concise copy tailored to social and digital audiences, adapting voice, tone and format by platform and audience
  • Design and develop visually engaging social assets and graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe Express or similar platforms
  • Concept, script, capture and edit short-form video content when video is the strongest medium for the story
  • Identify opportunities to turn company news, customer successes, executive perspectives, events, industry trends and internal moments into timely and engaging social content
  • Transform complex technologies, products and market challenges into clear, creative and highly shareable stories
  • Repurpose larger pieces of content — including research, customer stories, webinars, presentations and thought leadership — into engaging social-first formats
  • Collaborate with Brand Experience, Communications, Campaigns, Client Engagement, Demand, Executive and other cross-functional teams to identify stories and develop creative content
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social media trends, platform capabilities, audience behaviors and emerging content formats, bringing fresh ideas and experimentation to the organization
  • Support content capture and storytelling opportunities at events, company activities and other locations as needed
  • Use performance insights and engagement data to understand what resonates with audiences and continuously evolve content approaches
  • Leverage AI and emerging creative technologies to accelerate ideation, content development and production while maintaining quality and brand integrity
  • Ensure content consistently reflects Rimini Street's brand identity, messaging, voice and visual standards

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in social media content creation, digital content, brand storytelling, creative marketing or a related field
  • Experience creating content for B2B technology, enterprise software, SaaS, IT services or similarly complex industries preferred
  • Demonstrated portfolio of creative work across multiple formats, including social, written, visual and video content

Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional storytelling instincts with the ability to recognize a compelling story and determine the best format for telling it
  • Strong social media fluency and understanding of platform-specific formats, trends, audience behaviors and best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing and copywriting skills, particularly for concise and engaging digital and social content

  • Working proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express or similar platforms
  • Ability to concept, script and edit short-form video content; experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Camtasia or similar video editing platforms
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into accessible, creative and engaging content
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and how content can build awareness, engagement and audience connection
  • Ability to bring a fresh perspective to existing mediums and established approaches, identifying opportunities to make content feel distinctive, relevant and differentiated
  • Familiarity with social and digital content performance metrics and the ability to use insights to improve future content
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar technologies to support ideation and content development
  • Highly creative, curious and comfortable experimenting with new formats, platforms and approaches
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to move multiple creative projects from concept through completion
