Multimedia Specialist
We are looking for a creative and adaptable Multimedia Specialist to elevate our brand through exceptional animations, video edits, and multimedia content. As an integral part of our dynamic creative team, you’ll embrace a versatile role, contributing to a wide range of projects with enthusiasm and innovation. From producing compelling motion graphics to delivering polished videos, you’ll approach each challenge with a multifaceted skill set and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities will include:
- Develop engaging 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for marketing, social media, internal communications, and product storytelling.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional content, tutorials, and corporate videos, ensuring alignment with Redwood Materials’ brand identity.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute multimedia projects from ideation to completion.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Contribute to various creative disciplines as needed, such as graphic design or sound editing, to support the team’s evolving objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and software advancements to introduce fresh, innovative ideas to our work.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or other industry-standard animation and editing software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in animation, motion graphics, and video editing across diverse projects.
- 4+ years of professional experience in animation, video editing, or a related creative field (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
- Creating engaging presentations on PowerPoint and other software, with features like animations, transitions, custom slide layouts, and interactive elements to keep an audience engaged
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach to embracing new challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a cohesive, team-oriented environment.
- A self-motivated mindset with a passion for storytelling and sustainability.
- Bonus: Experience with videography, photography, graphic design, or sound design is a plus.
