Multi-media Specialist - Cyber Security

About This Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a talented and creative Multi-media Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing engaging and impactful multimedia content for our cyber wargame exercises and cybersecurity educational initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in video production and graphic design to transform complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible and compelling visual experiences, enhancing learning and awareness across the organization.
Design, develop, and produce a wide range of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, infographics, presentations, and interactive modules for Cyber Security. You'll lead the full video production lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and post-production, ensuring high-quality and impactful results.
We need someone who can create compelling graphic designs and visual elements to support cyber wargame scenarios, training materials, and internal communications. You'll be the kind of person who enjoys collaborating closely with cybersecurity subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content developers to accurately and effectively convey technical information.
In this role, you will:
Ensure all multimedia content aligns with Wells Fargo's brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and educational objectives.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of multimedia assets, ensuring content is current, organized, and easily accessible.
Research and recommend innovative multimedia technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our content creation capabilities.
Provide multimedia support for live and virtual cybersecurity events, workshops, and simulations.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of demonstrated experience in multimedia production, video editing, and graphic design, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Proven proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in video production, motion graphics, and diverse graphic design projects.
Excellent visual storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual content for varied audiences.
Up to 10% travel
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, terminology, or security awareness principles.
Experience in creating content for educational platforms, training programs, or simulations/wargames.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with 3D modeling, virtual reality (VR), or augmented reality (AR) content creation.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$37.02 - $69.71
