About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive for our Managed Service Provider channel of business. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for closing leads and nurturing relationships with small businesses that purchase and use Aura's product. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring our partners are fully supported and enabled to successfully utilize Aura's comprehensive suite of digital safety products.
Day to Day:
Develop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, leveraging your network, and gaining strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of MSP partners.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Aura's product catalog and how our solutions protect their clients.
Provide training and enablement to MSP partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively implement and manage Aura's products.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product and engineering, to develop and execute strategies aimed at achieving business growth and client retention targets.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and recent events to ensure you are a trusted resource for our partners.
What you bring to the table:
5-7 years of experience in sales and/or account management, with proven experience working with managed service providers (MSPs).
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and build trust.
A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to meet partner needs.
The ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Aura offers a generous package to support our employees’ personal and professional lives. Our packages include competitive pay, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and more! Pay for this role includes a competitive base rate plus commission; total compensation (base + commission) is estimated to be $162,000-190,000, but may vary depending upon job related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and meeting sales metrics while in the role.
