Responsibilities:

Alkegen Values - the incumbent is expected to perform the duties whilst ‘Living’ the Alkegen Values.
• Act as market expert for your assigned market globally, including understanding of market dynamics, portfolio of TEM products and applications.
• Develop and execute yearly sales budget, including price execution, for market team in support of TEM annual sales budget.
• Manage the assigned market team’s day to day tasks to create, prioritize, progress, and close opportunities.

• Manage the market team’s routine sales activities including, Business Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, Issue Resolution, Escalations, Account Assignment etc.
• Call on large key accounts and/or corporate/global customer decision makers.
• Develop and continuously update global market strategy in conjunction with Global Growth Leader
• Lead the daily execution of global strategy, playbooks, and action plans for assigned market team.
• Develop and drive market strategies including market mapping in emerging regions, in conjunction with Growth Leader.
• Understand macro market trends, competitive landscape and effectively communicate to TEM Management Team.
• Provide direction and coaching to market/regional sales teams to drive individual growth initiatives for assigned market.  Including, but not limited to, yearly performance reviews, ride-along coaching, & one on one coaching
• Own market playbook identifying key applications, value propositions, target growth customers, and How We Win.
• Primary focus on current year execution (~75%), and supporting next 2-5 year market strategies (~25%)
• Act as the voice of the customer within Alkegen and interface with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure appropriate levels of service and quality are provided to customer base.
• Prioritize Opportunities with Application Engineering and Product Development.

Qualifications/ Experience:
• 10 years of experience in Industrial Sales and Marketing preferably serving end markets with technical insulation and high performance products.
• Knowledgeable of all Thermal Management products and applications
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a sales group, growing revenue and managing a portfolio of technical products
• Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering preferred, MBA preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Financial Statement Analysis, and Salesforce CRM.
