About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS. You will be responsible for driving automation, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and ensuring secure and efficient delivery of applications. This is a hands-on engineering position, offering the opportunity to influence architecture decisions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and features
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Ensure security best practices are followed for all cloud deployments
- Perform regular infrastructure and security audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role
- Strong expertise in AWS services
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Golang (or similar languages)
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or above.
Nice To Have:
- Cloud Certification: AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS Solutions Architect Associate (Azure/GCP certifications also a plus)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Experience with network architecture design and DevOps governance frameworks
