About the Role

Hi there, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing team at Popl, the market leader in lead capture & digital business card software for teams! Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, specifically with mid-market to enterprise level companies, a deep understanding of the mid-market segment, and the drive to exceed sales targets. What You’ll Do
  • Inbound Lead Management: Handle high-quality inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, BDRs, and conferences, qualifying and converting them into happy Popl customers.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by accurately tracking and updating opportunities in Salesforce.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of Popl’s solutions.

  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to strategically position Popl’s offerings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuous improvement of our sales process.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mid-market sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, and others for engaging inbound leads.

  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively via Zoom calls, emails, and phone calls.

  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the lead capture, digital business card, or related tech industry.

  • Networking Skills: Established network of mid-market contacts and decision-makers.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
