We are seeking a driven, growth-minded Mid-Market Account Executive to join our North American sales team. In this role, you will connect with mid-sized and enterprise organizations to introduce our solutions, build relationships with key decision-makers and close deals that drive measurable impact. You will be part of a collaborative team where initiative, curiosity and energy are valued and rewarded.
Location: Texas (Remote, Central/West Regions)
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid-market accounts through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing relationships
- Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close
- Work with sales leadership to execute our go-to-market strategy and meet revenue goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep Salesforce/CRM data accurate and up to date for forecasting and performance tracking
- Represent the company at industry events and through partner networks to expand reach and visibility
Requirements
- 3-6 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions, ideally focused on mid-market customers
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with a global team
- A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve complex challenges.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Prior exposure to application security, software development, or DevOps environments is a plus
