Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Production and Inventory Coordinator (Level C) to join the Material Handling team in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This coordinator will be responsible for processes and moving production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production. You will analyze problems and resolve or reconcile discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy. The position involves coordinating with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support complex production and product support activities, flight test, etc.
  • Monitors and analyzes work in process.
  • Updates status of parts and materials using automated systems.
  • Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to insure parts availability.
  • Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy.
  • Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
  • Works under limited supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with forklift operations
  • 3+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience working with or around cranes
  • 1+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

Shift:
This position is for 1st shift. Typical work hours/shift is 4:45AM - 1:15PM M-F Some OT during the week and weekends as needed

Summary pay range: $53,550 to $72,540
