The Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join us, working at the intersection of data, machine learning, and business insight. In this role, you will apply statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world problems, helping clients unlock value from complex datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of scalable, data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply statistical analysis, clustering, and probabilistic techniques to generate actionable business insights
  • Work with structured and semi-structured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
  • Build and support NLP workflows, including named entity recognition (NER), entity resolution, and text classification
  • Develop machine learning models with guidance from senior team members, contributing to evaluation and refinement
  • Create Tableau dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
  • Hands-on experience with Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards to clearly communicate data insights
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and translate analytical findings into business-relevant outcomes

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with graph-like or network datasets
  • Exposure to ML Ops practices such as experiment tracking, model versioning, and monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with NLP techniques such as entity extraction or text processing
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data or ML platforms
  • Experience contributing to rapid prototyping or iterative AI solution development
