The role involves delivering technical capabilities to clients, mentoring team members, supporting client engagements, and enhancing technical expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Work as part of a team on larger client-facing engagements or as an individual technical leader on smaller engagements
- Take responsibility for the delivery of technical capabilities to clients, either at the solution, feature, or user story level
- Serve (depending on engagement needs) in both lead developer roles developing or supervising the development of solution functionality, as a solution developer, or as a technical consultant on enterprise management (i.e. platform management, enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, security, user empowerment) engagements
- Support client facing consulting services such as cloud assessments, workshops, and co-design sessions
- Further develop and maintain your own technical expertise, and share that expertise with your colleagues as a mentor or producer of best practices and intellectual property
- Provide technical pre-sales support to HSO sellers and their clients when needed (e.g. technical presentations to clients, development and presentation of demos, preparation of design and proposal documentation, etc.); note this is not the primary job function, and pre-sales assignments will be made based on technical expertise required by the pursuit

Requirements
- A strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and personal responsibility for your work

- A passion for Microsoft cloud technologies including Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
- 3+ of technical experience in consulting or customer settings working with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, or Microsoft 365 application development, integration, and / or infrastructure solutions
- Direct experience designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Dataverse solutions is preferred; Senior Consultants lacking this experience will be expected to quickly learn
