As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect, you will analyze business needs, create solution designs, and support sales efforts while mentoring junior consultants.
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect you will:
- Interact with prospects/clients to understand business requirements
- Demonstrate Dynamics CRM solution capabilities to the client
- Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
- Create solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
- Advise on complex Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
- Assist sales and presales teams with preparing proposals, client presentations and support the sale of professional services when necessary
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Use proven methodologies to deliver successful projects

- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or related field
- 5+ years of solution architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online
- 5+ years of experience including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
- Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation with focus on presales/business development as well as engagement delivery
- Deep know-how and proved record of applying CRM in one or more industries, Financial Services and Public Sector preferred
- Proven experience in presales activities including Proof of Concepts, Demo, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives
- Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize CRM solutions with clients
- An understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Proven experience with estimating, scoping, and writing effective SOW’s that set expectations and limit risk
- Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks
- Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of a CRM delivery project
