Argano is seeking an accomplished Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Solution Architect with substantial experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM) to join our expanding Microsoft practice. As part of the professional services team, this individual will work closely with the internal project leadership team, assuming responsibility for assessing client business processes, conducting thorough analyses, evaluating solutions, and providing expert guidance for clients to achieve their objectives.

We require candidates with robust industry expertise in several key areas, including:

An ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in at least three of the competencies listed above, possess proven deep industry knowledge, and have a strong capability to independently manage projects and deliver tailored solutions to clients. Candidates must show recent implementation experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM, a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft ALM stack (LCS/PPAC, BPM, ADO), familiarity with best practices such as Success by Design, and experience with related technologies (Azure, AX connectors, PowerPlatform).

Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in all phases of solution implementation, from business process analysis through configuration and testing of the Microsoft Dynamics application to satisfy client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align requirements with business objectives, gain a holistic understanding of current business processes, and identify opportunities for enhancements.
  • Offer in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM applications, assessing business processes against standard functionality.
  • Adhere to Argano Implementation Methodology; utilize standard templates and project artifacts while striving to improve documentation quality.
  • Effectively leverage the full suite of Microsoft Technology and ALM stack tools (LCS/PPAC, BPM, ADO, Task guides, PowerPlatform, Office 365, etc.).
  • Contribute to practice improvements through constructive feedback and implementation of best practices.
  • Oversee the documentation of business requirements and expected outcomes for proposed solutions.
  • Guide the configuration and customization process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate client decision-making regarding modifications or customizations, and review functional design documents that inform development.
  • Plan and supervise CRP and UAT activities in partnership with the project manager and collect user feedback from key stakeholders; validate satisfaction of requirements post-POC or UAT.
  • Share valuable assets with the Argano Knowledge Base and participate in marketing and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Possess profound industry insight, recognizing implementation challenges and risks for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and vertical applications.
  • Contribute to scope, risk management, evaluation, and mitigation planning.
  • Support effort estimation for project realization.
  • Assist the Implementation Team during delivery to resolve solution-oriented topics.
  • Demonstrate strong qualitative analytical skills relevant to strategy formulation.
  • Exhibit effective engagement management and resource allocation under time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Foster company growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to enhance best practices, methodologies, and intellectual property.
  • Mentor functional consultants and support team knowledge advancement.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification

EXPERIENCE:

  • Senior consulting experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, with focus on business modelling and solution deployment
  • Minimum four years of Dynamics implementation experience, including participation in at least three full life cycle implementations
  • Hands-on experience with D365 F&SCM, business process modelling, and core LCS/PPAC tools
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft ALM stack and ADO for task management
  • Commitment to a process-driven implementation methodology

  • Experience in solution architecture is highly advantageous

  • Experience upgrading to current Dynamics 365 F&SCM releases
  • Pre- and post-sales support experience for MS Dynamics is a plus
  • Proficiency in other modules is desirable

  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Information Security: Awareness of security best practices, including data protection and secure architecture design.
  • Project Management: Ability to assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and other architects.
