The Lead Consultant will implement D365 Supply Chain solutions, guide teams, conduct training, and handle project management tasks to meet client needs.
As a Lead Consultant with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain experience you can expect to…
- Engage in value-adding business and application consultancy that meet the client needs
- Lead D365 Supply Chain implementations from analysis phase and onward with little supervision from the Functional Solution Architect in a highly visible, client facing role
- Implement and configure Supply Chain modules of D365 for F&O
- Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building, help detail the project scope
- Carry out prototyping plans, procedure documentation and communicate with your team
- Define functional requirement and design documents that developers can use for enhancements; Finalize and sign-off on FRD and FDD; Perform unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans
- Drive the team to resolve all issues identified during the testing and QA phases and test enhancements for end-user acceptance and accuracy
- Organize and manage entire training cycle; Train power users and end users on efficient use of the solution, share ‘tips and tricks’
- Travel to client-site when necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Consultant
- Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365 implementation projects
- Ability to guide others in developing the different components of a gap/fit analysis and fully review and approve gap/fit analysis that will ensure the success of the project
- Deep understanding of D365 Solution functionality as it relates to the client's requirements
- Ability to derive effective and scalable designs
- Expert level of competency in configuration and customizations in D365 Solution
- Confidence to guide others in developing the different components of functional specification and documentation
- Ability to develop and manage the testing, QA and training phases of the project
