Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT exp and 7+ years of exp in solution or technical architect role
The Solutions Architect will lead the technical assessment of the two existing touchpoint agents to determine if they meet long‑term product and enterprise requirements. This person will review the overall architecture, security, integrations, and scalability of the prototypes. The architect will create the technical documentation (including the Physical IAD) and provide a clear recommendation on whether to move forward with the existing POCs or design a new AI agent solution.
Must‑Have Skills:
Experience designing cloud and enterprise‑level architectures
Strong understanding of AI/ML solution patterns and integrations
Knowledge of InfoSec, compliance, and OSS policies
Ability to create technical documentation (Physical IAD, architecture diagrams)
Strong analysis skills to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies
Ability to clearly communicate architecture findings to all audiences
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with AI model deployment
Experience with cloud native applications and containers
Understanding of scalable data pipelines and data architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
