M9 Solutions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft M365 applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365.
- Implement security measures to protect data within Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with IT team to integrate Microsoft 365 with other systems.
- Provide training and support to end users on Microsoft 365 applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.
- Prior involvement in migration projects, user training initiatives, and the development of IT policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders.
- Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development experience.
- Microsoft SharePoint Application and Maintenance experience.
