Required skillsets:
- Has MicroPact Versa development experience
- Has about 2-5 years experience working in the commercial or government space doing configuration/design of regulatory/licensing COTS solutions
- Has experiencing working with agile/scrum based configuration sprints/backlog refinement
- Is a great communicator and has worked with business groups to define requirements/backlog refinement
- Has a college degree
Desirable skillsets:
- Has a SCRUM certification (desirable)
- Has big 4/5 experience (desirable)
The compensation for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and PTO.
