We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer who’s passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful work — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is ready to make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Enterprise Analytics and Corporate Functions teams, helping to shape the future of our workforce by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates in a highly competitive market. Your insights and sourcing expertise will directly influence hiring decisions and fuel our innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines for critical roles across analytics and corporate functions.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business needs and long-term talent goals.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data to inform sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present top talent to hiring teams.
  • Champion our employer brand through social media, events, and networking.
  • Represent CVS Health at industry conferences, career fairs, and diversity events.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities align with compliance standards and best practices.
     

What you’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with deep experience in sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • 3+ years working with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and sourcing tools.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing innovative sourcing strategies.

Preferred:

  • Experience sourcing for a range of corporate roles (tech, HR, finance, legal, etc.).
  • Strong background in building scalable sourcing strategies.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
