Job Description

As part of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturability of high-end electronic products. This position serves as the link between the Engineering Department and Production and ensures that any manufacturability issues are addressed. The Manufacturing Engineer designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, and material handling early in the design process to ensure the product design has manufacturing considerations. The Manufacturing Engineer also designs sequence of operations to manufacture products and specifies tools and equipment required to support manufacturing.
As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will also:
  • Provide oversight of the manufacture of products to ensure that engineering documentation is consistent with manufacturing methods employed
  • Work within the company policies to manage the aspects of new product introduction
  • Work with Design Engineering to develop test methods/procedures to support product validation efforts
  • Verify performance validation tests for introduction into Production Test
  • Determine root cause of manufacturing problems
  • Monitor process variables
  • Assist with Assembly and Test personnel training
  • This position also serves as the liaison between engineering and manufacturing

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing Engineering role

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Knowledge of RF/Microwave circuitry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Pick-and-Place processes is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70735 - $120250
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
