Job Description
At the forefront of ensuring consistently high levels of client experience and continuity of service through challenging migrations, this critical role is within the Central Migrations Office (CMO). You will need to build & manage strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholder groups across COS (eg Implementation, Technical Implementation, Client Service, Support), Merchant & Treasury Services Product & Channel management in order to understand & design optimized client-impacting migrations.
You will support with the identification, analysis, planning & management of all migrations that directly impact our clients & COS colleagues across all regions.
You will need to acquire expert knowledge of the firm and the many Merchant & Treasury Services products, services & channels they offer, and apply that knowledge to ensure best in class migration approaches whilst maintaining excellent client experience.
You will be expected to understand the detailed needs of all in-scope migrations and manage them to successful completion within agreed time, resourcing, cost & quality parameters.

Job responsibilities
- Work closely with CMO colleagues & a wide range of key stakeholders across Merchant/Treasury Services, COS and others to help identify, steer & triage the design of migrations
- Take ownership of migration tasks and actions that contribute towards an effective migration design.
- Support with the production of key Central Migration Office artefacts and document the migration Design, risks & key outcomes for senior stakeholders and CMO management
- Join local/regional migration meetings and forums, including Working Groups to ensure migrations are properly understood and that the migration design accommodates the needs of both the underlying business & the COS organization
- Ensure all migrations meet appropriate governance and/or regulator criteria as set out by both the CMO & other appropriate stakeholders
- Support initiatives within the CMO Design Team (and the CMO more broadly) to ensure continuous improvement of our collateral, artefacts, and operating model
- Remain up-to-date with market & industry initiatives and the launch or change to the bank's digital products
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both clients and internal partners
- Good working knowledge of the wide range of products offered by Treasury & Merchant Services
- Good understanding of the COS organization & structure
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
- Effective issue resolution and escalation skills; must be able to recognize issues and their severity; escalate to appropriate individuals/functions and manage to resolution
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a high pressure, competing-priority work environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong capabilities of desktop tools, including Powerpoint, LLM, Lucid, Confluence
- Knowledge of the firm's various Merchant & Treasury services payment processing environments (including back offices and reporting engines) a benefit.
- Awareness of planning and project management methodologies a benefit.
- Able to work individually, or as part of a team
