Job Responsibilities:
- Lead business unit financial performance reporting, drive annual planning initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage and deliver key workstreams including pipeline data analysis, month-end results, business townhall materials, and executive reviews.
- Deliver prompt and effective responses to executive ad-hoc requests, oversee project management, develop impactful presentations, and conduct comprehensive business analysis.
- Organize and present complex information strategically, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and creating wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Identify and assess key business risks, proactively leading analysis to develop actionable solutions and recommendations.
- Leverage Alteryx and other automation tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Champion collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
- Prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.

- Knowledge of Alteryx.
