In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic account management for a designated portfolio of customers in the payments processing industry, delivering deep subject matter expertise and high-touch servicing to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve companywide business objectives, including the annual revenue plan at target margins; by maintaining and growing existing relationships, identifying incremental business and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Establish and maintain a sound internal partnerships with respective teams through on-going collaboration and communication
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and analysis on strategic client relationships, as well as provide compelling industry updates to support client's merchant processing environment.
- Guide Merchants through complex projects and compliance mandates
- Be a subject matter expert (and stay updated) on all merchant services products and the associated processes to support them.
- Act as a principal point of contact for all servicing and operational matters to internal partners, and as the primary servicing contact for the client relationship on behalf of Merchant Services
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 2+ years of Merchant Services Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Preferred previous merchant services acquiring experience
- Experience presenting complex information to prospects and clients
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
