As a seasoned Project Manager within the MEMS Technology group, you will lead the development of advanced core technologies supporting our Automotive, Commercial, and Aerospace business units. This role requires strategic oversight of complex, cross-functional system development initiatives, working closely with global engineering teams and senior stakeholders to drive innovation and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead large scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions making decisions with long term implications for functions or BU.
- Collaborate with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Engineers, Applications, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define and align project goals with market demands and business objectives.
- Project Leadership
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate obstacles and risks, ensuring project continuity and quality.
- Be able to work and lead projects independently.
- Design and implement new processes and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables across concurrent development and sustaining projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across global teams to optimize performance and resolve conflicts.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications, providing regular updates, escalating critical issues, and ensuring transparency across all levels.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor others and actively upskills team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MEMS or IC product development cycle from concept to production.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Confluence, Jira, and Excel (including VBA).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $125,250 to $187,875.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
