About the Role 

As a Membership Sales Associate at Sollis Health, you will play a key role in growing our membership base by serving as a primary point of contact for prospective members. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional first impression of Sollis through timely, thoughtful, and high-touch engagement with inbound leads.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, early-career sales professional who is eager to learn consultative selling within a premium healthcare environment. You’ll gain deep exposure to Sollis’ membership model, sales process, and member experience, with a clear path for growth into a more senior Membership Director role based on performance.

Shift: Tuesday–Saturday 8:00a-4:00p ET

The role is open to remote work in the following states only California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
  • Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services
  • Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
  • Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
  • Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
  • Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets)
  • Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience for new members
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to help improve sales processes and marketing materials
  • Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all member-facing interactions

Experience

We believe strong candidates come from a variety of backgrounds. For this role, we are ideally looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles. Quota carrying experience preferred.
  • Experience responding to inbound leads, working toward goals, or supporting a sales process is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided)
  • Comfort working a fixed weekly schedule that includes regular weekend and/or evening hours, including holidays as needed (see Schedule & Time Zone above)
  • Pacific Time working hours required – see Schedule & Time Zone above for the specific hours for this opening.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $120,000 at goal attainment
  • Competitive commission structure with clear performance expectations and growth opportunity
