We work closely with CMS, state Medicaid agencies, and partners across the company to keep member data clean and reconciled across our national Medicare Advantage plan.

As an Associate on this team, you'll own day-to-day operational work across enrollment, billing, and Medicare/Medicaid reconciliation, exercising your own judgment within established procedures to hit clear accuracy and timeliness goals. You'll report to a Manager or Senior Manager of Membership Operations.

  • Performing day-to-day operational tasks related to enrollment, billing, and reconciliation of Medicare and Medicaid member data and payments

  • Making independent decisions on standard operational activities, drawing on established procedures and your own professional experience

  • Identifying discrepancies in member data and payments, resolving what you can, and escalating issues to management when needed

  • Applying analytical skills to safeguard data integrity and payment accuracy across the membership lifecycle

  • Maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation of the work you perform to support CMS and organizational compliance requirements

  • Spotting opportunities to improve workflows and processes within operational guidelines, and bringing those ideas to your team

  • Exploring how AI and large language model (LLM) tools could support work like data review, exception identification, and pattern detection, and sharing what you learn with the team

  • Collaborating with teammates and cross-functional partners, soliciting feedback, and contributing practical insights in team meetings and process improvement initiatives

  • Staying current on operational knowledge, internal systems, and CMS and state regulatory requirements

.

Required skills and experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, Medicare Advantage, enrollment, billing, or data reconciliation

  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in high-volume, data-driven work

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines with limited oversight

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies in data or payments

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions

  • Curiosity about AI/LLM tools and genuine interest in applying them to operational processes

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid operations and CMS systems
