ABOUT THE ROLE 

This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of designated project leadership and a Professional Engineer. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Designing & developing ductwork, piping & equipment selection for HVAC for healthcare, higher education, science & technology facilities. 
  • Calculating heating & cooling load systems. 
  • Preparing CAD/Revit production drawings from schematic to construction design. 
  • Overseeing the review of shop drawings for compliance with specifications & contract documents. 
  • Performing building energy calculations. 
  • Performing independent site inspections.   

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. 
  • and have 3 yrs experience in job duties as stated above.

or alternatively

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. 
  • and 3 yrs experience as a Mechanical I responsible for reviewing shop drawings for compliance with specifications & contract documents for HVAC for healthcare, higher education, science & technology facilities.
