Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

About the Role
We're looking for a Mechanical Drafter/Engineer with 8+ years of experience in BIM-based mechanical and HVAC design using Revit and AutoCAD. You'll develop and coordinate mechanical models, prepare construction documentation, and collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
Experience with U.S.-based projects and knowledge of U.S. codes and construction practices are a strong plus, but not required.
Core Responsibilities
Mechanical Modeling and Documentation
Develop mechanical and HVAC BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed construction documentation and shop drawings.
Maintain organized BIM models and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordination and Collaboration
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure accurate integration between mechanical, architectural, and engineering systems.
Support project workflows and participate in coordination meetings.
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in mechanical drafting and engineering.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BIM workflows.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Good to Haves
Experience with U.S.-based projects and familiarity with U.S. codes and construction practices.
System Requirements
Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i7 or higher / AMD Ryzen 7 or higher.
NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher (Ampere or Ada Lovelace architecture).
Minimum 32 GB RAM.
